Prepare fresh oysters (6 to 8 per person) opened on an ice-cooled platter.
Ingredients for the dip
2 table spoons of vodka (we recommend: XELLENT) 1⁄2 tea spoon of fresh lemon juice
1⁄4 tea spoon of freshly prepared horseradish
1 dash Tabascosauce
1 pinch of icing sugar
1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh chives
Mix the vodka, lemon juice, horseradish, Tabascosauce, sugar and salt together and stir. Pour the mixover the chopped tomatoes and add chives.
Sprinkle the vodka dip onto each oyster and add some freshly ground pepper–enjoy with ice-cold vodka.
