Scientific studies show that dogs sleep or rest for up to 20 hours a day. An ideal retreat for the four-legged friend should offer him security and sleeping comfort and ideally also integrate harmoniously into the room concept. The multifunctional Bellfugio, which won the German Design Award 2018, fulfils all of these characteristics and and it also protects the four-legged friend from electrosmog.

The largely closed dome shape of the Bellfugio is inspired by a snail shell and offers tranquillity-seeking four-legged friends a retreat where they feel completely at ease. The Bellfugio is woven from high-quality poly-rattan (Hularo fibre) and is unique in its construction worldwide. A close-meshed metal mesh is concealed beneath the decorative polyrattan surface. Its radiation-reducing effect in the relevant frequency range has been verified by measurements in the Physics Department of the University of Würzburg. The interior is spacious and dark, with sufficient air penetrating through the weave.
