The chai tea is sweetened with honey or sugar. Chai tea has a wonderfully warming and relaxing effect. Darjeeling lifts the mood and stimulates concentration. If you sweeten it with rock sugar, this underlines its flowery, delicate aroma. Well-stocked tea shops also offer a variety of teas, including flavored teas. A tasting is the easiest way to find the ideal favorite tea for your leisure time.

Scents and smells reach the brain directly through the nose. The nervous system is stimulated, hormones are released and influences your own mood in a split second. Take advantage of this when you are stressed or exhausted. With room fragrances, aromatic oils and scented candles, you can quickly conjure up a cozy atmosphere.
